• When will I see a doctor?

You will see a doctor within 24 hours of your admission. The frequency in which you are seen is dependent upon the program and level of care.

  • When will I get to see my family?

Visitation schedules vary by unit. Please see the schedules on your unit for visitation days and times.

  • How long will I be in treatment?

Length of stay varies patient to patient. Your treatment team will meet with you to determine the needs and duration of your treatment as well as progression towards individualized treatment goals.

  • What can I bring with me?

We ask that you limit your personal belongings to 4-5 changes of clothing and necessary toiletries. There is a laundry room on each unit to launder clothes as needed. Due to our culture of safety, we ask that you do not bring clothes with drawstrings, metal, hoodies, or open toe shoes.

  • When can I use the phone to call family and friends?

There is a patient phone on the unit for you to access at certain times during the day to call loved ones. The phone is not accessible during group therapy and other therapeutic activities.

  • Will I have a roommate?

Typically, yes. Although, there may be times during your stay that you are without a roommate.

  • Will you provide my meals while I am here?

We provide patients breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also snacks provided throughout the day.
